Under Saudi Health Insurance Law, you are required to have compliant health insurance coverage in the Kingdom to be issued with an IQAMA (this grants entry into the country). Please download and complete the following health insurance enrollment forms and return them to Benefits@sprinklr.com.
IMPORTANT: You must return these to the Benefits team immediately upon confirmation that your IQAMA is ready for issue to ensure local compliant coverage is in place. Failure to provide all required information will cause issues in obtaining or renewing your IQAMA (residency permit and may result in local coverage not being processed.
