Under DHA regulations, you are required to have compliant health insurance in Dubai from day one of your employment. Please download and complete the following health insurance enrollment forms and return to Benefits@sprinklr.com.
IMPORTANT: You must return these to the Benefits team no later than 14 calendar days before your start date to ensure local compliant coverage is in place. Failure to provide all required information may cause issues in obtaining or renewing your residential or employment visa and may result in local coverage not being processed.
