Group health plans

Your medical, dental, and vision coverage will end on the last day of the month in which you terminate. For example, if your termination date is on June 10, your coverage end date for medical, dental, and vision will be June 30. If you (or a covered family member) are interested in continuing coverage at your own cost after your coverage ends, you may elect continued coverage through COBRA.

A COBRA letter and enrollment form will be mailed to you by WEX Health, Sprinklr’s third-party COBRA administrator, within 14 days following your coverage end date. This letter will include relevant information about COBRA, including your monthly COBRA rates, how to enroll in COBRA, and when payments are due if you elect to continue coverage. You will have 60 days from your coverage end date to elect to continue coverage under COBRA. Any COBRA elections will be effective retroactive to the first of the month after your coverage end date. If you do not receive your COBRA letter within 14 days of your coverage end date, please contact WEX Health at 866-451-3399.

If you exhaust your full entitlement of COBRA, you may be eligible for an additional 18 months of coverage through Sprinklr’s group medical plan under the NY state continuation statute. For questions about continuing coverage, please email benefits@sprinklr.com.

COBRA Rates

Medicare eligibility

When you become Medicare-eligible impacts your eligibility for COBRA:

  • If your Medicare benefits (Part A or Part B) become effective on or before the day you elect COBRA coverage, you can continue COBRA coverage as well as having Medicare. This is true even if your Part A benefits begin before you elect COBRA but you don’t sign up for Part B until later. In this situation, Medicare is always primary to COBRA coverage.
  • If you enroll in Medicare after you’ve signed up for COBRA, your COBRA benefits cease. Please contact Benefits@sprinklr.com to extend coverage for your dependents, if applicable.

Please refer to the “Medicare and You” Booklet from the Centers for Medicare Services as a resource regarding questions about Medicare. This booklet can be found on the www.cms.gov website along with other resources regarding Medicare.

Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Account

If you are contributing to a Health Care, Combination, or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, following your termination date you must submit expenses within 90 days of your last day of work in order to receive reimbursement. These expenses must have been incurred prior to or on your last day of employment. Per IRS regulations, Sprinklr is unable to refund your unused pre-tax contributions. Thus, if you do not take any action in this period, you will forfeit any remaining funds. To submit a claim, you may do so by logging into your WEX Portal or through the WEX Mobile App.

If you were a participant in the Sprinklr-sponsored Health Savings Account (HSA), your HSA belongs to you and any funds contributed roll over from year-to-year and never expire, even after you leave Sprinklr. You will lose access to your HSA through Cigna’s portal, and it may take up to 45 days for your Sprinklr HSA account with Wealthcare Saver bank to be fully transitioned to a personal health savings account in your name. Following the transition to a personal account, you will incur a monthly maintenance fee if you choose to keep your HSA with Cigna’s bank Wealthcare Saver. To access your account, contact Cigna’s bank at 855-284-4009.
