You are automatically enrolled in this benefit upon your first day as an active Sprinklr employee, working a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Voluntary Life / AD&D

You pay 100% of the cost of any voluntary coverage that you elect for yourself or your eligible dependents.

This coverage is “portable,” so if you retire, reduce your hours, or leave Sprinklr, you can take this coverage with you. In addition to life and AD&D coverage, your policy gives you access to life planning financial and legal resources.
