Do I Have to Enroll?

2025 Open Enrollment is a passive enrollment period. This means if you want to keep the benefits you have now and don’t want to make changes for 2025, most of your current benefit elections will roll over (at 2025 rates) EXCEPT:

  • Health savings account (HSA) contributions.
  • Flexible spending account (FSA) elections (general purpose health care FSA, limited purpose health care FSA and/or dependent care FSA).

You must make HSA and FSA elections each year to participate.

How to Enroll

Starting Monday, Oct. 28, 2024, enroll through Workday by finding the inbox icon in the top right corner.

TouchCare can help you decide

During Open Enrollment, you can schedule a 1:1 session with a TouchCare personal assistant to help you choose your medical coverage and answer questions.

Choose from three ways to contact TouchCare:

  1. Download the TouchCare app. Then log in and click the Schedule tab from the bottom menu.
  2. Visit touchcare.com/openenrollment and click on Member Login. If you are creating a new account, chose New Member. Otherwise, sign in and click the Get Scheduled tab from the left menu.
  3. Call 1-866-486-8242 to schedule a consultation.

IMPORTANT: Review your dependents

As Open Enrollment approaches, please review your listed dependents and ensure their information is up to date. Next spring, Sprinklr will conduct a dependent audit as it implements a new Dependent Verification system to confirm that all dependents covered under our medical, dental, and vision plans meet Sprinklr’s eligibility rules.

You can verify your dependents through Workday: Select Menu (top left) → Benefits → View → Dependent/Beneficiary.

To make updates or changes to your dependents, you can do so in Step 2 of the enrollment window for Medical, Dental, or Vision benefits where you are asked to select the dependents you wish to cover.

Your eligible dependents include:

  • Your legal spouse or qualified domestic partner.
  • Your children up to age 26, including:
    • Unmarried and married natural or adopted children
    • Stepchildren
    • Children of a qualified domestic partner
    • Children for whom you or your spouse are a legal guardian and claim as tax dependents
    • Foster children
    • Children placed with you for adoption

* Employees who cover domestic partners are taxed on imputed income.
