Short-term disability plan features
Short-term disability provides a base salary wage replacement benefit should you need to take time off work for your own illness or injury.
Short-term disability benefits are paid in accordance with the below schedule:
- Benefit schedule:
- Weeks 1-13 of disability: 100% of weekly pre-disability base salary
- Weeks 14-26 of disability: 75% of weekly pre-disability base salary
- Maximum benefit period: 26 weeks
- Elimination period:
0 days for hospital & childbirth
0 days for illness (following 7 days of continuous absence) - Pre-existing exclusion: None
Long-term disability plan features
Sprinklr pays 100% of the cost of your premiums.
- Benefit percentage: 60% of pre-disability monthly base salary
- Maximum monthly: benefit $12,500
- Maximum benefit period: Up to age 65
- Elimination period: 180 days (benefit begins on day 181)
- Own occupation duration: 24 months
- Partial disability: Included
- Pre-existing exclusion: 3/12
Parental leave
At Sprinklr, we treat everyone like family. That’s why all full-time U.S. benefit eligible Sprinklrites are entitled to 16 weeks of paid parental leave to bond with a newly welcomed child by either birth, adoption, foster care, or legal guardianship.
Birth mothers are also entitled to an 8-week disability period, regardless of delivery type, prior to parental leave, totaling 24 weeks of paid leave.
Parental leave benefits are paid at 100% of regular base wages.
