Family planning and fertility benefits

Sprinklr wants you to have access to convenient, affordable fertility and family-building care. That’s why we’re offering family building benefits through Kindbody including:

  • Mental health and nutrition counseling

All U.S.-based benefit-eligible Sprinklrites and their spouses/domestic partners are eligible are eligible for up to a $20,000 lifetime maximum benefit to be used towards family planning and fertility services.

All services offered through Kindbody are subject to local regulatory guidelines. Benefit amounts may differ due to deductibles imposed by regulatory guidelines. Employees with access to our internal benefit system can visit the U.S. Benefits Document Library for more information.

Medical travel and lodging benefits

To ensure that you and your dependents have access to necessary medical services, we’ve implemented a Medical Travel Program, provided through Kindbody that supports benefit-eligible U.S. employees who may need to travel for medical care not available within 40 miles of their home. We’ll reimburse up to $2,500 annually (with a $10,000 lifetime maximum) for qualifying travel expenses.

For those enrolled in the Cigna High Deductible Health Plan or who have waived medical coverage, please note that this benefit is subject to the Kindbody deductible, which is $1,700/person; $3,400/family in 2026. The deductible is subject to change on an annual basis.

Menopause support benefits

We’re excited to offer menopause support through Kindbody, designed to help employees navigate this important stage of life. Kindbody menopause services focus on preventive care and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) while also addressing symptoms through diet and lifestyle adjustments. In addition to medical care, you can access a network of nutritionists, therapists, and wellness coaches, all specialized in helping manage menopausal symptoms and promoting overall well-being.
