How it works
All U.S.-based benefit-eligible Sprinklrites and their spouses/domestic partners are eligible are eligible for up to a $20,000 lifetime maximum benefit to be used towards family planning and fertility services:
- Fertility benefits (IVF, IUI)
- Egg and embryo freezing
- Donor/surrogacy
- Adoption services
- Kindbody well-being sessions
- Prenatal and postnatal care
- Mental health and nutrition counseling
- Dedicated care navigation team
- Brick and mortar Kindbody clinics (U.S. only)
- And more!
All services offered through Kindbody are subject to local regulatory guidelines. Benefit amounts may differ due to deductibles imposed by regulatory guidelines. Where applicable, services covered under group medical coverage will be coordinated with the Kindbody benefit. Please refer to the member guide for eligible reimbursable expenses.
Medical travel and lodging benefits
To ensure that you and your dependents have access to necessary medical services, we’ve implemented a Medical Travel Program, provided through Kindbody that supports benefit-eligible U.S. employees who may need to travel for medical care not available within 40 miles of their home. We’ll reimburse up to $2,500 annually (with a $10,000 lifetime maximum) for qualifying travel expenses.
For those enrolled in the Cigna High Deductible Health Plan or who have waived medical coverage, please note that this benefit is subject to the Kindbody deductible, which is $1,700/person; $3,400/family in 2026. The deductible is subject to change on an annual basis.
