You will be prompted to submit your proof of dependent in Workday before submitting your enrollment elections.
The following dependents are eligible to participate in Sprinklr benefits:
- Your spouse or legal domestic partner
- Your children and/or your spouse’s or domestic partner’s children under the age of 26 or over the age of 26 and solely dependent on you for support due to a mental or physical disability, including:
- Your natural, adopted, stepchildren, or foster children
- Your domestic partner’s children
- Children for whom you or your spouse are a legal guardian
* Employees who cover domestic partners are taxed on imputed income.
Covering dependents?
Only eligible dependents can be enrolled in Sprinklr benefits.
If you are planning to enroll family members, take a moment to make sure each dependent meets Sprinklr’s eligibility requirements. You will be prompted to submit your proof of dependent in Workday before submitting your enrollment elections.
