How to Claim

To help expedite your claim, please follow these instructions:

Report claims to AHClaims@aig.com to obtain and submit the claim form
AIG Claims will help you complete the form in full
Submit your completed and signed form, along with any necessary information
Be sure to include the Master Policy Number (GTP 0009164190) in your submission

Emergency Medical Care During a Work Trip*

Assistance with arrangements for the person requiring assistance to receive appropriate medical care

*This benefit is only available when traveling outside of your country of assignment.
**Out-of-country emergency medical expenses are covered up to $500,000. In emergencies, please contact AIG Travel Assistance.

Security Assistance

Travel Guard will connect you with an AIG Travel security team member who will provide advice or coordinate assistance, as required.

They will arrange for security evacuation, provide security advisories and 24-hour response services to assist Sprinklr employees and their families during an incident, as required.
