How to Claim
To help expedite your claim, please follow these instructions:
- Report claims to AHClaims@aig.com to obtain and submit the claim form
- AIG Claims will help you complete the form in full
- Submit your completed and signed form, along with any necessary information & documents requested
- Be sure to include the Master Policy Number in your submission (see “Important Claim Info” section)
- Report claims digitally by visiting: digitalclaims.aig.com/landing (Note: Employees must register on the app before accessing the web portal.)

Emergency Medical Care During a Work Trip*
- Assistance with arrangements for the person requiring assistance to receive appropriate medical care
- Providing guarantee of payment to your treating facility**
- Medical monitoring during care abroad
- Referrals for healthcare providers or facilities
- Emergency prescription replacement
- Coordination of medical evacuation
*This benefit is only available when traveling outside of your country of assignment.
**Out-of-country emergency medical expenses are covered up to $500,000. In emergencies, please contact AIG Travel Protect.
Security Assistance
AIG Travel Protect will connect you with an AIG Travel security team member who will provide advice or coordinate assistance, as required.
They will arrange for security evacuation, provide security advisories and 24-hour response services to assist Sprinklr employees and their families during an incident, as required.

Travel Assistance
Additional services include:
- Lost or stolen luggage
- Lost or stolen documents
- Embassy and Consulate information
- Immunization, business visa and passport information
- Emergency language interpretation
These additional benefits are subject to policy conditions.
