Taking time off is an important part of staying healthy and doing your best work. Sprinklr encourages you to step away when you need to—just be sure to coordinate with your manager so work stays on track.
Parental leave
Welcoming a child is a meaningful milestone, and Sprinklr supports you with paid time away to bond with your growing family.
All full-time benefit-eligible Sprinklrites are eligible for 10 weeks paid parental leave to bond with a newly welcomed child by either birth, adoption, foster care, or legal guardianship. Parental leave benefits are paid at 100% of base salary.
Birth parents are also entitled to an 8-week disability period, regardless of delivery type, prior to parental leave, totaling 18 weeks of paid leave.
