Supplemental insurance
An unexpected illness, injury or hospital stay can bring added expenses. Sprinklr’s optional hospital, critical illness and accident insurance provides payments directly to you for covered events. You can use the money to help pay medical bills, everyday expenses or other costs while you focus on recovery.
Disability
If you can’t work because of an injury or illness, Sprinklr’s short-term disability and long-term disability plans provide income protection to you, at no cost to you, if you are a full-time employee.
Life insurance / AD&D
Sprinklr provides you with basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost to you. And you’re automatically enrolled in them. You also can choose to purchase additional coverage for yourself and your family by electing voluntary life and AD&D coverage.
HSA
